2. Payment Responsibility

If your ACH, debit, or credit card transaction is declined or returned, you are responsible for the original payment, a $25 service fee, and any additional fees charged by your bank or issuer.

Legal Terms of Use

2. Agreement

3. Purchases

When purchasing a template, you agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipments, Billing & Communication

All purchases must be paid in full.
Templates will be emailed to the address you provide within 24 hours of payment.
If not received, contact us immediately.
Pricing covers the digital template only – no domain, hosting, or development services are included.
You will receive plan-related communication within 24–48 hours of purchase.

5. Delivery

Once payment is made, you will receive access to the template. Please ensure your email address is accurate. Templates are customizable based on the included product description.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service delays due to external factors or maintenance.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new purchases if you’re not satisfied. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 30 business days.

Refunds may apply in the following cases:

Non-Delivery: If a template was not received, notify our billing department within 30 days.
Download/Unzipping Issues: Report technical issues within 30 days to qualify for support or refund.
Major Defects: If a template has a verified defect that cannot be fixed within 72 hours, you may receive a refund or replacement.
Not-As-Described: Report discrepancies within 30 days with valid evidence.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of false expectations or user errors.

7. Children’s Policy

Our services are only for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is identified, it will be removed.
